Orders

Placing an order

Once you place your order online, you will receive a confirmation with your order number.  Please go over the form very carefully to ensure that all information is accurate.  Upon receipt of a complete order with artwork and payment, a representative will fully review your order, artwork, and shipping dates.  Email any questions to customercare@quickshippromotions.com.

What kind of artwork do I need?

If you do not upload your artwork with your order, please send your artwork and imprinting instructions to us immediately as your order is not considered for processing until both the order and the artwork has been received.  If you do not provide clean, high resolution, camera ready artwork, we will not be responsible for the imprint quality.  Any necessary clean up required of artwork may result in additional charges and may add to production time.  You will be notified if additional charges are incurred.

Accepted formats of artwork:

-          Adobe Illustrator (preferably saved as vector art)

-          Corel Draw

-          Photoshop

-          Vector art (eps, ai, cdr)

-          JPEG, PNG, etc.

-          Black and White camera ready art

-          All fonts (printer and screen) must be included with your file or all text should be converted to outlines or curves

If we use artwork you have supplied to imprint your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork.  Art is print ready if it is in black and white, has sharp clean lines, is complete with text and graphics, resolution of at least 300 DPI, and is sent in illustrator (all art outlined in vector).

 

Can I reorder a design I have previously ordered?

Yes.  Simply place an order and leave a note saying you would like the order to be a repeat of a past design.  If you can, reference your past order number.  Screen charges will apply.

How do I add notes to my order?

On each product page, there is a Special Request box.  Add any notes you wish to include with the order here.  Let us know if you would like to repeat an order, have special shipping requests, or anything else you would like.

When will I receive my order?

We expect your order to be shipped to you in approximately 15 days or less from the date of your order.  Note: Processing times must be added to shipping times.  We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Can I add more products once my order has been placed?

Due to shortened lead times, changes on orders may not always be able to be processed.  Please email us at customercare@quickshippromotions.com and we will confirm whether the change can be made.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production.  Once items have been imprinted with your art, we can no longer accept a cancellation.  There is a $25 cancellation fee if an order is cancelled.  All corrections/modifications to an order must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the order.  Failure to do so may result in additional charges depending on the status of the order.  QuickShip Promotions will not be held liable for any changes requested after the 24 hour period has lapsed.  Changes are not allowed on orders processed in less than normal production time.  If changes are made after the order’s artwork is sent to the supplier, a $30.00 alteration fee will be assessed.

Overruns and Under runs

We make every attempt to deliver the exact quantity ordered; however, a 5% over or under run will be deemed acceptable.

Payment

Can I use a credit card to pay for my order?

Yes.  We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card for payment.  Please submit accurate information.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes.

How do I get a quote?

Add a product to the shopping cart.  Go to the bottom of the order page and click "Estimate Shipping and Tax."  This will give you an accurate estimate of the cost of your order.

Shipping

Will you ship my order without payment?

Your order will not be shipped without full payment.  We do require resolution of any payment issues (e.g. additional product or ship costs, bad payment information) before we ship your order.  We will always contact you if there is a problem.

Do you accept special shipping requests?

In some cases, yes.  Contact customer service with your order number.

Can I ship my order internationally?

Yes.  We ship all international orders utilizing U.S. Air Mail.  International Orders require a physical street address and phone number.  We are required to provide a commercial invoice for all International Orders.  Deliveries will not be made on Weekends or holidays.  The shipping time for international Postal Air Mail orders usually takes 5 to 30 business days depending on the country of destination.  Please check with your local post office or customs office if you have not yet received your package.

Please Note: International orders may also be required to pay additional duty fees depending on the country of destination.  Please check with customs officials within your country.  We are not responsible for any customs fees, nor can we accept a package (or have a package returned to the United States) that is stuck in customs.

How do I get a shipping quote?

You can estimate shipping costs at the bottom of the shopping cart.  Add an item to the cart, input the shipping address and choose from the available methods.

Can I return my order?

If you are unhappy with your products because the items are defective or the print quality is not up to standard, please email us at customercare@quickshippromotions.com so that we may begin working on a resolution for the issue.  Your satisfaction is important to us.
